Besrey Warranty
Warranty Coverage
We are committed to creating high-quality, comfortable, and stylish products for babies and children.
Within 100 days from the original purchase date, if a product experiences a functional failure under normal use (i.e., not caused by misuse, impact, or improper assembly), Besrey will replace the product with a new unit free of charge.
To qualify for warranty service, a valid Proof of Purchase is required (order confirmation).
Besrey reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported issue. Do not return any product without a Return Authorization.
Extended Parts Benefit (besrey.com purchases only)
For orders purchased on besrey.com, customers are eligible for a one-time free replacement of one standard part within 1 year from the purchase date, upon presentation of valid Proof of Purchase.
This benefit covers the part cost; we will provide shipping instructions with your authorization.
What’s Not Covered
This limited warranty and the extended parts benefit do not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, abnormal or competitive use; impacts, drops, or collision damage
- Accidental damage, water ingress, or environmental exposure
- Improper assembly, maintenance neglect, or failure to follow the instructions
- Alterations or modifications to the product
- Cosmetic wear or normal wear items/consumables (tires, tubes, grips, reflectors, decals, batteries where applicable)
- Loss or theft
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY BESREY.
IT REPLACES ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
The duration of any implied warranties is limited to the 100-day warranty period. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitations of Liability
The customer’s exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair, replacement of the product within 100 days, or one-time free part replacement within 1 year for besrey.com purchases, as determined solely by Besrey.
We are not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion of such damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Returns without RA# may be refused. We will provide packaging and shipping instructions (and a prepaid label when applicable).
Packaging
Return the product in its original packaging when possible, or pack it securely to prevent transit damage.
Trackable Shipping
Use a trackable method. We cannot process your return until it is received.
