Compliant with U.S. Safety Standards — CPSC and CPSIA

For products sold in the United States, besrey's designs meet or exceed all safety standards set by the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) and the CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act). These standards cover safety requirements for infant carriers and toys, including mechanical and physical safety aspects such as small parts, sharp points, sharp edges, pinch hazards, static and dynamic loads, stability, and impact performance.

For products sold in Canada, besrey complies with the CCPSA (Canada Consumer Product Safety Act) and all applicable SOR regulations, which cover:

  •  Mechanical and physical safety (small parts, sharp points, sharp edges, pinch hazards, stability, etc.)
  • Heavy metals (lead, antimony, arsenic, cadmium, selenium, barium, mercury)
  • Flammability

Compliant with EU CE Certification and EN Testing Standards

For products sold in the European Union, besrey baby carriers and strollers strictly comply with the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Testing includes:

  • Mechanical and physical properties—small parts, pinch hazards, stability, braking performance, handlebar load, simulated road test (72,000 obstacle cycles at 5 km/h), push/pull endurance, and load testing.
  • Chemical safety—limits on heavy metals and phthalates.
  • Flammability performance.

Internal Testing & Continuous Quality Control

In addition to independent laboratory testing, we operate our own safety laboratory as part of our internal quality management program.

Our internal testing typically includes:

  • Extended treadmill durability testing
  • Enhanced tip-over simulation
  • Reinforced drop testing
