30-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange Policy

Besrey offers a 30-day return period with no explanation required. You may request a return & exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.(calculated from the first day you receive the goods)

  1. Items must be brand new, unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
  2. All included accessories and free gifts must be returned.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. This applies solely to orders placed on besrey.com, excluding clearance products.
  5. Free returns are not provided for orders containing only accessories. For special cases, please contact our customer service, explain the situation, and [attach photos or videos].


About Refund

Besrey guarantee that you may apply for an unconditional refund if your order has not yet bee shipped.

  1. Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days. All refund amounts will be returned to you via the original payment method.
  2. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
  3. Shipped orders: The refund amount will be processed after deducting the original shipping fees and taxes. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Special Notes

  1. Forgotten order addresses or mismatched order information will prompt our customer service to attempt contact. No response within three days triggers an automatic refund.
  2. Orders identified as high-risk will receive direct refund processing by our customer service. All amounts are returned via the original payment method.

Product Quality Issues

For product quality issues, please provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the product problem, and a detailed description to facilitate quick processing. Our customer service team will respond and handle the matter promptly.
