How to Report a Security Vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our product, please contact us by email:

Please include the following information where possible:

- Software or firmware version
- Description of the security issue
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Any relevant screenshots, logs, or proof of concept information
We do not require you to provide unnecessary personal information when submitting a vulnerability report.

Acknowledgment of Vulnerability Reports
We will acknowledge receipt of a submitted security vulnerability report within 3 working days.
Vulnerability Handling and Status Updates
After acknowledging the report, we will review and assess the reported security issue.
Where the report is confirmed as a valid security vulnerability, we will provide status updates to the reporter until the issue is resolved.
Security fixes or updates will normally be provided within 180 working days, depending on the severity and complexity of the vulnerability.
