Since some customers may still purchase our earlier versions, we’re offering a FREE U-shaped Support Kit to help upgrade your backpack. This enhancement will make the frame sturdier and more reliable, so you and your family can enjoy outdoor adventures with extra peace of mind.

HOW TO GET IT
If you have purchased an earlier version, simply send us a message with your order details and batch information on the product to our after-sales support, and our team will arrange the FREE kit for you and provide you with the installation guidance of the upgraded part. (The Model No. (S/N) is listed on both the product label and the outer packaging. Please check it yourself.)
